It gives me great pleasure to announce that from Wednesday 1st August I will be joining an IT company based in the Kapiti coast called (TSD) where I will be taking on the role as a senior technician as well as being a Director and shareholder.
TSD operate a help desk facility to their managed clients and all support calls received are allocated a ticket and then assigned to the relevant technician. I will still be your primary technician while getting the other technicians up to speed on your setup.
The phone numbers and email address you have used forever will continue to reach me however, from the 1st August all my correspondence will have the new company information and branding on it.
